But again, if you are working late and have less time for your family life or significant other, ensure you give your best to make up your lost time.

About this one thing I truly admire my husband, how smartly he manages his work and personal life. He never brings work home, even though he mostly works from home but he has set boundaries and maintains it strictly. He works dedicatedly 9 hours a day and after he shut down his laptop he never gets involve in work.
