Every time I news about children being abandoned is always devastating. This story comes out of Cape Cod, where two young children lost both their parents throughout the Christmas season. The reason for the death is not yet known There were no malicious motives or malicious motives identified.
Miles and Josephine aged between 1 and 6 were beloved by their grandparents. Their parents Chris and Michele, come from South Sagamore. The couple had a pleasant and healthy life. Their relationship was successful and they never showed any sign of anger or disdain towards each other. The loss of the loved ones of the couple as they are left with two gorgeous children.
The heartbreaking and tragic information was shared on Chris Nicole’s sister’s, Facebook – where she posted:
“Our great-grandfather, Christopher, and his wife, Michele, both passed in the last week of their lives.
“Their beautiful, adorable, beautiful, and young family has been devastated and then torn apart”
The date of their death is not known, however, it’s been established that it occurred in the week of Christmas. As per Bourne Police Lieutenant Brandon M Zip, The reason for death has been established however, they haven’t discovered any evidence of crime, or motives behind the tragic incident. The investigation is ongoing.
The Lieutenant, in his remarks about the incident, stated that it was:
“a tragic series of circumstances’.
Chris and Michele each had an amazing job-life balance; Chris was a senior project manager at Atlantic Design Engineers & Michele was a math instructor for Sturgis Charter Public School. They had a respected and loved place in society and were considered to be extremely hardworking individuals.
As per the relatives, their deaths were because of “medical conditions,” but the cause of death isn’t clear. Chris’s Sister, Nicole, has since created a GoFundMe to help the two children left orphaned. Their GoFundMe page reads:
“Chris & Michele King of Bourne, MA unexpectedly passed and went to heaven with their six and 1-year-old kids, JoJo & Miles. For those who have known Chris and Michele, you will know that their affection for each other was unimaginable and their affection for their children, inexhaustible. It is a devastating and unimaginable tragedy for the two tiny children to lose mom and dad at this young age. The road ahead is going to be rough and long however they’re surrounded by many loved ones who cherish them. You can consider donating their treatment, care, and educational requirements. Any amount of donation is welcome and your generosity and care are greatly appreciated.”
The campaign was set to raise a minimum of $50,000, but it has surpassed $116,098 as of the time of writing this post.
